The phase 1 of the five-day 10X Leadership Program was concluded on 21st October. A total of 58 participants were identified for this program which covered strategic topics such as Corporate Planning, Energy Transition, Carbon Market Mechanism, ,ESG, immersive learning involved a simulation exercise to foster skills in creative thinking, collaboration, agility, and innovation. The final day emphasized personal growth with the Unlocking Growth Mindset session, where the Thriving Index Questionnaire assessed participants’ readiness for adaptive growth. A Design Thinking workshop followed, utilizing NTPC-specific case studies to contextualize learning.
During the concluding session, Shri Anil Kumar Jadli, Director (HR) addressed the participants, reflecting on NTPC's transformation over the past seven years, including the creation of departments like Renewables, International Business Development, Mining, and Green Hydrogen. He emphasized the importance of agility, resilience, and adaptability as essential leadership qualities in a fast-evolving. With NTPC approaching its Golden Jubilee, he encouraged participants to engage in continuous learning and apply new knowledge practically, enhancing personal and organizational growth. Ms Rachana Singh Bhal, CGM (HR) noted the program's evolution, which now includes AI, digital learning initiatives, ESG, and Power BI for enhanced relevance.
